Hi Gillian, this is so timely for me. I coach an under 16's team with
the bulk of players just coming up from U13's. We had our first game
this morning and this would have to have been one of our major
problems...the dancing and dodging and lobbing to players behind. So my
main issue is to encourage the girls to go forward and be in front for
the pass. So thanks for the drills and we shall see how we go at
