Hi Everyone,
I am taking on the B Grade coaching job at bonnie doon next year and
would love some new fresh ideas regarding pre-season training.
We will not only be training at court but probably on an oval aswell,
as our courts will be getting re-surfaced.
I'm looking for some fitness curcuit ideas and stuff like that. Aswell
as any new drills that anyone might have.
