Hi All, I coach an A grade side that is completely out-classed in our
competition. They are being beaten quite significantly (by nearly 100
goals a couple of weeks ago). We've been told we must field an A grade
side before all others. The oldest player is 19 and they're really
starting to drag their feet. I feel for them, they're a good group of
kids playing against some really strong teams. The club has had some
ups and downs with clashing personalities so a lot of the more
experienced players have jumped ship.
Any suggestions/ideas for keeping these kids keen and wanting to learn
would be greatly appreciated.
