Re: [netballcoaching] Zones

Hi

I am also in need of some drills for fast take offs and dynamic direction change.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Deanna

I am coaching a 17yrs rep team this year and am looking for some new and exciting drills to do with them. I would also life some court moves to show the girls, ie baseline throw in etc to give them some structure on the court.

Subject: [netballcoaching] Zones

Hi everyone
Our netball season is due to start in another month or so and am
wanting to teach my team how to set a zone. I am wishing to get as
much preparation done before the start of the season so I look
organised.
Can anyone share drills/ideas that will help me teach them what to
do. I am initally thinging of some sort of mid court zone. Is that
the best place to start?

Thanks heaps
Sue-Ann
