Centre player runs up the centre. try to keep her running no wider than a foot
each side of the line. Of course if a player can not get a pass away she will
have to go into the GA or WA areas. Also once GA is in goal circle she can use
her area.

Each position cannot come out of their peice of the pie and they
must try really hard not to pass in their own peice of the pie
(sometimes unavoidable if the take the pass at top of their piece).
Gk & GS are the only ones whose piece of the pie is not cut in half.
