Cut the court down the centre from goal circle to goal circle and the cut it in
half from sideline to sideline through the middle of the centre circle. best way
get a diagram of court, then you will see where each position should stay. This
will teach them to stay back and break forward and space. Hope this helps if not
give me your fax and I'll fax you a court diagram

Hi Lisa
One of the drills I use to help with spacing and coming forward is called PIE.
The court is cut down the centre and across the centre circle. Each position
cannot come out of their peice of the pie and they must try really hard not to
pass in their own peice of the pie (sometimes unavoidable if the take the pass
at top of their piece). Gk & GS are the only ones whose piece of the pie is not
cut in half.
Hope this helps
