Hi all
I have a really short pre season this year and my usual training plan will see
us working on some essentials for the first time mid way through our season.
I would like to hear some of your training plans - what fitness and netball
specific skills you work on, in what order and how much time you dedicate to
these - so that I can get an idea of how to shift my plan around.
I have successfully been working to my plan for quite some time but it simply
will not work with such a short pre season and I don't know where to begin!
Your help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
