Hi

Can anyone give any advise onhow to best start coaching little ones,
they will be playing mod netball. All turning 7 at some point this
year, not sure how much they know just yet, or if they can even catch a
ball (LOL)

any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I coached my girls from nettas and now they are U10's. Just practise throwing the ball (chest passes) to each other and then moving down the side of the court....
