Hi Lisa. I remember a drill that one of my old coaches used to do to help us
with opening up the court. It was like a keeping's off kind of drill. But
the difference was that;
people were paired up and given a restricted area to work in (usually the
same as there positions on the court
sorry it is hard to explain, but basically there were two teams but each
player had there ristrictions.
if a player went out of there space it was an imediate turn over.
It was basically a game of netball but the space that each of us could work
in was restricted.
I hope this makes sence, because if it does it will help the opening plus
the coming forward of your players.
