I normally set out my training session as:
Warm Up & Stretching
Fitness
Basic Ball Work
Skill Development
Court Work
Warm Down
Make sure that your fitness and ball work lead into your skill
development and then into your court work. I incorporate fun games
into either the fitness component or the warm down.
