Hey,

Focus on one skill. It always pisses me off when our coach tries to teach a
million things in one session and expects us to remember and do them all in
the next game. It doesn't work that way. My sessions always go; Warm up,
Stretches, Ball skills (partners), Ball Skills (Team), New skill (or
practice of old one), Drill, Team tactic, Game, Warm Down, Stretch.
