Hi Ladies,

I'm very sad that we all seem to have given up posting (though I know
it doesn't help when our boy is injured and is not playing.) I had
not seen anything for ages, but someone more eagle-eyed than me on
the Red&Black forums spotted something I'd missed , so maybe others
did too:

NESTA: He is in the United States working with physical therapists
and his situation is being evaluated in Miami with the doctors. The
objective is to get him in the best physical condition possible. He
is doing well. He is happy and so are we. We hope to see him on the
field again within the next month or month and a half. Perhaps he
will be ready for the Champions League, but if there is any risk then
we prefer to wait.

I guess that explains why he didn't show up for the presentation of
the Cavaliere Ufficiale awards then! (And there I was making up my
own reasons - any excuse not to have his photo taken? - doesn't feel
worthy as didn't get to play very much? Whatever, I bet him mum was
furious he didn't go!)

Anyway, a belated Happy New Year to anyone still out there, and let's
hope it's a better one for Sandro and Milan.
