Subject: More summer success, Silver at World Student Games

Dear Ken

Just to let you know Steve Rowbotham won a silver medal in the HM1x at
the World University Championship regatta, only beaten by a Pole from
their Olympic 4x and beating half the Hungarian Olympic 2x. He was
representing the region. As were James Clarke and Paul Kelly when
they won their bronze at U23s, Harry Scarr's silver at JWC, Francis
Fletcher's gold and silver at C de la J, also St Leonards 8 athletes
at Anglo French and HIR.
