This is to let you know that Dr. Alan Goldberg, the sports psychologist who was the keynote speaker at last January’s Ultimate Conference, will be speaking at the Concord-Carlisle high school on Sunday, September 23 at 3:00.   In addition to his other credentials, Dr. Goldberg is known for working extensively with the Amherst Ultimate team, helping them to prepare mentally for winning seasons.  He’s got a lot of great things to say about developing mental toughness and preparing for peak performance – check it out!  A flyer is attached.
