BUDA is very pleased to announce that the new High School Ultimate
League is open for business for the 2007 season!
In response to the rapid growth of the league in the past few years,
it has been reorganized to provide better competitive opportunities
for high school teams in Massachusetts and across New England. Best
of all, thanks to Josh Seamon of St. Johnsbury, we now have a brand-
new website that includes many new features, such as a forum and
links to lists of tournaments in New England and across the
country. In the months to come we will be making more additions to
the site, so if you have any ideas please let us know.
The link to the new website is: http://buda.org/hs
Please take a moment to look it over and get familiar with it. We
would in particular urge you to read the description of the league,
as there are many changes. The most important ones are the split
into Division I and Division II competition, and the addition of a
Spirit Score requirement. You will also see that you are being
asked to register your team -- everyone needs to do this, regardless
of whether or not you've been on the Contacts list in the past.
When you register, you will be asked to select a division, either I
or II (2). If you're not sure which Division you belong in, you can
indicate so on the form. Take a guess, and if you find you are in
the wrong one, there will be time to change that around.
Enjoy the new site, and look for announcements soon of the captain's
meetings in late February.
