Not sure it explains it, per se. It does give categories, requirements for
upgrading, etc. but nowhere does it map onto our well-known fall schedules
and who can do what with which category.

I would guess that

C <==> 4
B <==> 4/3
A <==> 1/2/3

M35 "A" <==> 1/2/3

For women, drop the B row.
