Alpinists the world over, the Appalachian Mountain Club, motor racing
teams and many others reconstruct accidents so that everyone can learn
from them. This is good healthy stuff and makes for great reading.

Not once did i interpret the remarks to suggest that Tom was a bonehead.
Shit happens, even at the most experienced levels.

I would like to encourage these kinds of discussions more often,
especially in this very civil manner. Maybe some of you dont realize
what a way with words you actually have and how informative they can be.
