hey guys,

I'd just like to say that accidents happen, I know that, you know that, Joe
knows that and Tommy knows that. At anytime during any race anything can
happen, I don't race, although I wanted to at one point, but I'm the biggest fan
of Joe Rano than anyone ever knows, the point is.. No one ever PURPOSELY makes a
bonehead move that takes someone out. Not anyone with class anyway, and
although I wasn't at this particular race, with the names I am hearing that were
in the field, it just happened and Joe will be okay, but the old saying is
"That's Racing" and it is. He will be back on the bike as soon as the doctor
clears him and he may be a bit cautious next time, but he's a cyclist and that's
why cyclists do. They race. So lets get over this, wish Joe well, and make
sure that they next time your doing 30+ mph downhill, that everyone holds their
line regardless of a manhole cover.
