HI everyone, I am pleased to announce the first ever Collegiate Team trials for
the US College National team taking place at the USATT US National tournament in
Las Vegas, Nevada on December 14th to 17th. My apologies for not getting you
this information sooner as NCTTA was not kept up to date with when the
information was being placed online. Nevertheless we are excited to be working
on this event with USATT.

Attached to this email is the NCTTA US Nationals Collegiate Trials Eligibility
form. This form must be turned in prior to the November 11th deadline. It can be
faxed or mailed to NCTTA headquarters. Fax WITH COVERSHEET to 850 644-9763 Attn:
Willy Leparulo. Mailing address is on the form.

NOTE that the following rules must be adhered to:

- U.S. citizens of the United States. Proof of eligibility must be submitted
with the entry form.

- The competitors must be born between January 1st, 1978 and December 31st,
1988.

-Participants must be a full-time student (12 hrs for Undergraduates and 9 hrs
for graduates)

-Participants must complete NCTTA Registrar's form and turn in with USATT entry
form
