Dear NCTTA members,

NCTTA has entered an exclusive sponsorship deal with Table Tennis Pioneer
(www.ping-pong.com), a leading North American retailer of table tennis
equipment.

Benefits to NCTTA members are as followed:

1) 5% discount off all regularly priced items, including tables and robots.
2) 5% discount off all weekly special items
(http://www.ping-pong.com/specialweekly.php), i.e. additional discounts!
3) 15% discount off all clothings as long as the minimum clothing order is
greater than $125 (to encourage the concept of team "uniforms")
4) TTP will match any REGULAR-price items from any other table tennis retailors
(if in doubt, please feel free to call TTP up to see if they can match the
prices). No discount will be given for items fallen in this category.
5) All standard TTP policies apply (such as free shipping on orders above $60)
6) You are encouraged to order through the website. However, if your club funds
can only be used by placing a formal order through your school's department of
recreation or the appropriate school officials, TTP will be more than happy to
work with them to complete the sales.

As you can see, we have settled on a 5% discount in order to gain more benefits
in other areas (such as balls, clothing, tables, etc.). However, if you have
purchased items from TTP in the past 4 days, TTP will honor my previous
announcement and give you 10% discount. But all current and future sales will
be completed according to the above terms. Any questions arise, please let me
know.

When ordering, please provide the following in the comment/speical instruction
box :
1) a statement, "I am an NCTTA member from _____ college/university."
2) a valid school e-mail address
And since the discount will be given to you manually by TTP staff, please double
check your credit card receipts and if there is any discrepancy, please let me
know as well.

Lastly, in order to take advantage of the deal,
1) You should be either an NCTTA member or in the process of joining NCTTA (i.e.
signing the NCTTA membership agreements and paying the $50 membership fee). If
your club has trouble finding an appropriate NCTTA division to join but want to
take advantage of the discounts, please contact me.
2) Please place TTP banner (to be provided later) or a text link to
www.ping-pong.com on your club website if one exists.
3) please provide Willy, our recruitment director (recruitment@...), with
a name and a mailing address of your school's contact person/president (TTP will
send a catalogue and a dozen free 3-star balls to that address). Please also
provide him the web address of your club's website.

It is important to note that TTP will provide a proceedings of these sales to
NCTTA as contributions. Furthermore, TTP is negotiating with the manufacturer
on our behalf to see if we can obtain further discounts on Stiga tables. Please
let me know if your school is interested in buying tables and I will see what I
can do for you.
