Dear NCTTA members,
I am extremely delighted to make two important annoucements.
First of all, NCTTA has applied and recently received the designation of
501(c)(3) non-profit status with the Interal Revenue Service. This
designation carries important legal and fund-raising implications, and should be
communicated to your school administrators whenever you are applying for travel
funds or justifying your participation in the
league.
Second, NCTTA has entered a verbal agreement with Table Tennis Pioneer
(www.ping-pong.com) who has always had a wide customer base in North America.
Table Tennis Pioneer (TTP) has agreed to promote NCTTA on its website,
newsletter and catalogues. Furthermore, for every sale from NCTTA members, TTP
will donate a proceeding to NCTTA. The funds will
of course be given back to NCTTA members through travel reimbursement to the
NCTTA Championship in San Fransico, as we have always done traditionally.
When you order online, please enter the following in the comment/special
instruction box: "I am an NCTTA member school." With this comment, TTP will
also manually give you 10% discount during this inital period of our
partnership. Details on attractive discount for "tables and robots" will be
released in the next 2-3 days! TTP will also soon be changing its ordering
website to accomodate NCTTA customers.
please let me know of any questions you have!
Sincerely,
Jack Wu
