First, I would like to thank all of you who voted within the past day, promptly after the announcement was sent out.

Next, an update on the Historian position - it is now open again, as the previously stated candidate has withdrawn.
You do not need to vote for this position at this time.
If you, or someone you know, are interested and would like to be considered for this position, please inform me at elections@..., and more details will be provided.

The voting deadline for the Board elections has been extended for another week. We need to hear from more of you!
Also, there is now a candidate for the previously-vacant Historian position, so the additional time will provide the opportunity to vote on this office.
