This year is my 10th year in a row for the Eastern NC MS150 Bike Tour, that now is organized in New Bern NC.  It is a grand ride.

I organized a team back in 1999 "The Emerald Express", it is just a random collection of friends and family who like to cycle and think raising money for the MS Society is a good thing and would like to 'be-on-a-team'.  There are MUCH larger teams like the MSFITS and GSK and such also.
