Re: Better than last year?

On average, we are a little above last
year.

My reasons:

We are playing about to the same
level as last year, which is a good thing. We have not
slipped any.

But, the difference in this year and
last, we have obtained more of the basic building
blocks to make a great team in the future.

We
have veteren depth in our defensive corps with the
addition of Bill Houlder.

We have goaltender depth
with Dunham nd Vokoun and the rookies we drafted last
year. ie, Brian Finley and I forget the other guys
name.

We have the potential of at least three excellent
scoring lines with the addition of the new
rookies.

The point I am trying to make is, I finally am
beginning to believe in the front office's slow build
process. (especially after seeing the "Go buy a Team"
mentality of Atlanta didn;t work)

So, overall, we
are in better shape than last year, in talent pool
and potential for the future.

What do you
think?
