Future Pred goalie in waiver draft?   Message List

Re: Future Pred goalie in waiver draft?

Was at the game Saturday. They put Mason in at the start of the
second period. I don't know if he was just having a good night, or
if this is to be expected from him as our back-up, but he played
very well for the two periods he played. He let only one by and it
was in the last 40 seconds of the game and we were up 5-0. Letting
the one by was not devastating. Would have been nice to record the
shut-out...

But like I was saying, if it's any indication of what we can expect
from him, I see him doing just fine.

Umm... in regards to the quiz... Can we have any hints?

I'm a big fan of Jan Lasak, but agree that he's not quite ready yet, even as a backup. (I still think he'll become an NHL starter before Brian Finley does.)...
