Can you share your Tums with me? My problem with Biddle is that he
does not give a damn about the Predators until something bad happens.
Then all of a sudden he has interest and an opinion.
Perhaps he is right about that one trade. Not even perhaps, the trade
was crap, but before this came up I liked the trade even with the
risk. This was possibly the best chance to get any value for Ronning.
They are building a young team. They want to start letting the
Hartnells, Legwands and Arkipovs to take the lead with the team. This
is the direction they want to go. Bottom line - it was a gamble and
they lost.
As stated multiple times later that night, the Preds have made many
more good choices than bad. People have short memories.
The team needs to have a good season to combat all this negative PR.
I believe that the goal scoring will improve by giving the younsters
the lead.
