The National Auto Sport Association (NASA) actually started out in 1989 as the California Capri Club driving school. In 1991 NASA was founded and separated
from the California Capri Club as a professional auto race sanctioning body. Since then, NASA has held events at many tracks such as Laguna Seca, Sears Point,
Willow Springs, Las Vegas Speedway, Seattle International, Buttonwillow, Altamont, Summit Point, Phoenix International, Ukiah, and Thunderhill; and put over
6,000 students through the NASA driving school program.
