The Greater Naples YMCA has partnered with Naples Area Triathletes to offer the best clinic in Southwest Florida. The clinic will run for 9 consecutive Saturdays starting on January 24th and ending on March 21st. We invite all participants to join the team at the Nautica South Beach Sprint Triathlon in Miami on April 5th to test your new or enhanced skills. USA Triathlon Coach Tim Lyster and other coaches specializing in each discipline will coordinate your clinic. You will receive highly individualized instruction that includes swimming stroke analysis, cycling fit and efficiency, running form, and much more. Feedback from video technology and computrainers will provide factual data to create customized workout plans for each athlete. Make 2009 the year you develop the skills necessary to tackle your first triathlon or set a personal record at an Olympic distance.
