Robertshaw Takes Third Overall at the Boca Bop – Nov 5, 2006
Naples Area Triathletes member Darren Robertshaw gave one of his best efforts with a Third Place Finish Overall in this past
weekend's Optimist Boca Bop Triathlon in. Robertshaw's time for the sprint distance race was 1:07:33. Boca Grande ,Florida
The course distances were: 1/4 Mile Swim/13 Mile Bike/3.1 Mile Run.Fort Myers Larry Black took First Overall with a time of 59:49. Stacey Robertshaw, Darren's wife, took first in her age group, 35-39. Other notables include Chris Wilcox – first place, 45-49; Tom Hornyak – third place, 40-44; Larry Tomsic – second place, 50-54; Daren Larson – first place, Clydesdale 40-99; Ashley Fogg – second place, 20-24; Robert Corina – sixth place, 45-49.Congratulations to all who participated in this past weekend's race.To check out the race results online, go to: http://www.altavistasports.com/results/2006results/BocaBopTriathlon110506.html.
