As a reminder, we will be having a Tri Training session tomorrow, June
23rd. We will start with some swim exercises meant to replicate
racing conditions. The bike course can be done as sprint or olympic
distance, and the run will be a 2 mile loop. So no matter what you're
training for you can customize the workout to fit your needs. We hope
to have a good turnout, and please spread the word. We also welcome
those who are not yet NAT's members. A brief meeting starts at 7:00
with the swim starting at 7:30. We are also providing someone to
watch the bikes. Hope to see you all tomorrow.
