This is the last time Nanaimo United is taking our field on Saturday.
  Roy's team has also given up his Friday to them (United Div 2 plays
Friday at 8pm, Div 4 on Saturday).

Frank (United coach) gave Roy his Thursday 8:30pm slot this week (Oct
19) and gave us his Tuesday slot next week (Oct 23).  I haven't
checked with Roy yet but I imagine we could use half the field this
Thursday.  Roy, can you please post here to let us know if we can share?

We have indoor at 7pm-9pm next Tuesday, so please post here and let me
know if you would prefer to go outdoors at the turf field or play in
the gym.

Thank you for the updates.

Are you planning to split the turf field Friday with the Roy's group or play against them? They have the field at 8:30pm.

I sold my house and may move to Courtenay in late November so I won't sign up for Saturday nights or Tuesday indoor on a permanent basis. I plan to come out Tuesdays however, until I move. Saturdays doesn't work well for me even if I stayed in Nanaimo.

I am looking to find a player who might have 1.5 hours to spare next Thursday night. I am coaching my daughter's U12 team but next Thursday/Friday my school has asked me to join them for a school camping trip. 50 students going & they need more adults!

My practices are at Harry Wipper park, 6:30pm - 7:45pm.

I would give the practice outline and you'd just have to follow it (no thinking required). The practice could be one hour only if necessary.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you can help me out.

Our 45 year old group is playing on Friday nights now, so we could be at the Longwood, but only from 10.30 onwards until closing time. Usually we don't change clothes after soccer and that ensures the place empties quickly and we always get seats - hygiene doesn't always pay off, as you probably know!

Thats our position and we're sticking to it - as well as to the seats, Cheers, Roy.
