If you dont already know, the Academy of Knightly arts and the new england
jousting association will have a booth at the Ct. Rennisance Fair in Hebron
CT. We're looking for a couple sets of extra hands to help us out each day.
The dates we need help are:
Sept. 30 October: 1, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15


You'd get free entrance into the fair. You can ride down friday night with
Nikki and I and then come back sunday. You can just do one day if you'd
like. You can even camp there. We'll even help feed ya.

The fair goes from 10 - 5:30 so we'd need you there from about 9am until
6pm.. but you can just come for part of a day. We also ask that you wear
medieval clothing. If you dont have any, we can loan you some.
So if you are interested, drop me an e-mail and let me know so we can
arrainge dates.

directions-
From Hartford
Take I-84 East towards East Hartford. Cross Connecticut River, take exit
number 55, Route 2
East towards Norwich/New London. Take exit number 12 - West Road, Business
Route/
Marlborough. Turn LEFT unto West St. Stay straight to go onto West St. West
St. becomes West Rd. West Rd. becomes Martin Rd. At end of Martin Rd. turn
RIGHT onto Route 85. Lions Fairgrounds will be on the RIGHT.

From New Haven
Take I- 91 North towards Hartford. Take the exit number 18, Route 66 East
towards Middletown/ Portland. Follow Route 66 East to Route 85 intersection
in center of Hebron. Take a LEFT onto Route 85 North. Lions Fairgrounds will
be on the LEFT.

From New London
Take Route 85 North towards Hartford. Turn LEFT onto Route 82/East Haddam
Rd. Take Route 11 North towards Hartford/ Colchester. Merge with Route 2
West. Take the Route 16 exit, exit number 18, towards Colchester /
Middletown. Take a RIGHT onto Route 16 East. Take a LEFT onto Route 85
North. Follow Route 85 North across Route 85 and Route
66 intersection. Lions Fairgrounds will be on the LEFT. Destination 347
Gilead St (Route 85) Hebron, CT

From Putnam (and routes north)
Take I-395 South to Exit 91 (Route 6 West). Follow Route 6 West to Route 66
West (Willimantic). Follow Route 66 West to Hebron CT. Turn right on 66 West
to Route 85. Follow signs to Hebron Fairgrounds on Left about 3 miles down
road.
