Hello..
I am John from the Neville Co. up here in Augusta,Maine. We are
a 15th C reenactment group and a chapter of the British Plate Armour
Society. We do live steel combat (although we only have 3 fighters
right now). I personly have been doing this stuff about 15 yrs ..I
also make armour. I have squired for the Canadian Joust team
(Knights of Valor) and was a member of the SCA (many moons ago). I
run a kids medieval group with the local rec dept (boffer stuff).
The Nev's is a small but growing group (as Maine does not seem to
have alot of people into this stuff) and I don't fight as much as i
used to (or should) . Guess age catches up after a while.
Even though I am not as good as I used to be I would still love
to compete for the shear fun of it. (hey it's all about the game for
me..).
John
