With the local outside road racing season trying to start-up this weekend, and the weather trying to stop it from happening, we have week 13 of the Winter Indoor Series on the CompuTrainer continuing this weekend. With two weeks left, racing is getting hotter and more competitive. The races will be approximately at 9, 10 and 11am both Saturday and Sunday…providing the power stays on from the storms, which it interrupted Sunday last weekend. The course is 20 miles this weekend to try and ramp up to what we will be seeing outside. The course is the Talladega Scenic Parkway Modified 20 mile course that offers some great climbing and good elevation changes which forces shifting and out of the saddle work. The normal fair of points, lottery tickets, and gas card are still on the line and the challenge for the gas card is the fastest time under 55 minutes.
