ABD unveils new course for Chicago Cyclocross Cup Race #3
(Chicago, Illinois – October 24, 2007) – Racing continues in Chicagoland
with the Chicago Cyclocross Cup Race #3 scheduled for Sunday, October 28 in
Bartlett, Illinois. The host club is ABD (Athletes by Design Cycle Club) with
support from Prairie Path Cycles of Winfield, IL.
ABD will unveil a brand new course that will feature open grass fields, several
run-ups, multiple sections of pavement and two wooded sections.
The Chicago Cyclocross Cup series will move to Campton Cross in St Charles, IL
on Saturday, November 3 for race #4. The series will end with race #6 on
Sunday, December 9 with the Illinois State Cyclocross Championship.
All races in this series will use the new USA Cycling cyclocross racing category
classification. A rider maybe classified from 1 to 4 respectably.

About Chicago Cyclocross Cup: the Chicago Cyclocross Cup was started in 2004 by
a group of local teams that had a strong desire to race in the Chicago area.
While the series will vary from year to year, you can expect great new venues
