This email list is "geared" towards mountain and road bike riders who want to get together for rides in the greater Sedona area, including Flagstaff and the Verde Valley. We are mostly a pick-up ride group although we try to get a regular ride together on Sundays.

We practice Leave No Trace and Tread Lightly riding. This means that we do not ride off trail, ride illegally built trails, and are courteous to other trail users.

Regular rides usually meet at Absolute Bikes.

A few reminders when riding with others:

0) Make sure your bike is in good repair
1) Bring enough food and water for yourself
2) Bring a first aid kit for yourself
3) Keep a safe distance between riders to avoid crashes
4) Bring a spare tube and tools for repairs
5) Only join rides that are commensurable with your fitness level. (If you are a beginner don't join an advanced ride)
6) If you have a medical condition let the leader know about it. This way we'll know what to do in the event of a medical emergency. For example, if you are allergic to bee stings, etc.
7) Have fun, be courteous and polite.
