How did the pedal for scotland go John? Joanna and I did it two years ago
and the LEPRA one from Edinburgh to St Andrews which is also good.

I may still be up for this, depending on what time I get out off
work fir night.

I when passed Muiravonside Country Park last week doing the pedal
for scotland so I know where it is but beecraigs would be easyer for
me.

... I've always assumed it's an abbreviation of singletrack, so s'track I guess. As for the ride, well I think I should be staying away from most black stuff...
