Hoping I can make it - just got back very early this AM from Dalian China (Very windy and warm water play place).
Need to take care of a few issues this evening and try to make it early Saturday to MI.

Unfortunately I've not seen any NOR from GPWC this year but in previous years registration started around 9:30, racing around 11, with pizza lunch , more racing then awards late afternoon, some of the group meets for refreshments and eats afterwards. Patterson Park is a private commnunity park, tell the gate guard you are with the windsurfing group. Be on your best behavoir as we are invited guests.
