I just reviewed your effort and I must commend you for putting this together. I think it is both excellent and something that should find a place on the MOWIND website.
Racing is a daunting task filled with many unknowns. If we want to enjoy large fleets at our events, we need ways to encourage and educate sailors in their advancement within racing.
Many would be racers don't. Somehow we need to encourage participation. Efforts that miht get a non participant intot eh Work Shop or Sport Fleet are vital - ~ unless we like racing alone....
My vote is for the content to be approved - I don't think many will object.
Perhaps we may end up with several someday.
