... Wolf Lake or Montrose Beach. You can buy some equipment and get lessons from Jackie from Windward Sports on Clark (close to belmont) or Southport Rigging...

Windward sports on clark is the closest. But I like southport rigging in kenosha. And everyone at southport sails on lake andrea like 5 minutes from the shop....
