Based on resent comments by several non-board members to "BAG-TAG" Rule #4 -
"the #1 tag holder, etc... calls the tees, special rules and format" and review
of other disc golf club bag tag rules, an Addendum to BAG-TAG Guideline #4 of
the Monterey Stinging Jellies DGC has been created as of August 13, 2007.

Introducing:

BAG-TAG Guideline #4a (regard to special rules)

"Rules regarding throwing technique(s) are subject to majority/group approval
on the day of the event in order to prevent possible injuries and or provide any
advantage to any one or more players."

In review: The #1 tag holder's altimate goal is to create an experience that
is fun for all levels of play. Calling specific tees, O.B.'s and
manditories/obsticles is to be expected.

On a side note - although no BAG-TAG Guidline has been made in regard to all
bag tags being present at "X" amount of events during the year I have noticed
that many of the top 25 tags are not always present. Lately I have seen the top
players shooting under par rounds only to walk away with a high number tag often
greater than 20. I have reviewed other club bag tag rules and some require all
bag tags to participate at least once every one or two months.
