What a Match! Seles, Navratilova headline VCU's Raise a Racquet

Martina Navratilova and Monica Seles (above), who have won 27 major singles
women's titles between them, will play an exhibition match at the Siegel
Center on March 22.

A press conference announcing details of the occasion, which is expected to
include two days of activities to help raise money for two charities, is
scheduled for 1 p.m. today.

Navratilova, 47, who won 18 Grand Slam singles crowns, retired after the
1994 season but returned in 2000 to play doubles and has continued to stay
on the court. Seles, 30, captured nine major singles titles - eight of them
before she was stabbed in 1993 - but has played sparingly the past couple of
years because of a foot injury.
