Hello Joey & group,
I have to make a slight correction. She's the only player to beat
VENUS during this span (Wimbledon 2001- Aussie 2003). Serena lost at
Wimbledon 2001, so Monica's the only player to beat either one at the
last 6 (not 7) Slams (U.S. Open 2001-Aussie 2003), which is still a
pretty impressive stat.
