Yes saw that and thought it was very interesting. I might get out this
weekend and start painting a bike lane on the road out the front of my
house :)
Also intriguing when you contrast this particular article regarding the
growing popularity and trends towards cycling with other articles and
some "reader" comments appearing after the incident on the weekend mass
ride getting publicity in a rival newspaper.

I'm trying to find the on-line Poll results, as I recall from glancing
at it in the paper some 56%? of respondants (and I dont know how many
responded) indicated they thought cyclists were not responsible road
users.
