You've pretty much got the choice based on whatever suits you best.
There certainly are cyclists in that early, we've got approx. 150
signed up to attend at Clayton alone so should be a good crowd.

This is a great event to show how many are riding that usually
trickle in over the course of the morning and are not really
visible against the background volume of all the cars
