If any of you who have been around long enough to remember, Bill Etherton was a volunteer at the Bikery and a keep supporter of bicycle commuting in the Monash community. He decided after uni to start up a bicycle shop out of his garage and later merged it with "Human Powered Cycles". Now human powered provides recycled bikes to refugees, students, and low income people in the community, and the retail branch of the business is soon moving to a new location on High Street.
Anyway so on the Bicycle Victoria forums, theres a link to a lateline story about his shop. Its quite interesting to watch the video or read the transcript.
