Hey Volunteers, Rollergirls, etc,

Welcome to the group! This is Trixie Whipsum checking in to say a BIG,
GIGANTIC thank you to all of you who came to our volunteer sign-up
night Jan 6th and to those who signed up online. We all really
appriciate your help. I am currently working on organizing a volunteer
run-through for our first bout. The run-through will be Feb 20th 6-8pm
at Cheap Skate in Coon Rapids, please plan on attending or let me know
if you cannot. Our first bout is Feb 27th - plan on being there by 5pm
or let me know if you are unavailable that night.

If you have signed up and I haven't gotten back to you personally, we
do need you, I just haven't finished assigning all the positions. Most
of you listed that you were open to anything we need help with, but if
there is something you are dying to do (production, merch, door,
etc.)email me now.

We do need a few more volunteers, so if you have friends that would
like to help, have them email me directly. If you are on this email
group and haven't signed up yet, email me or go to mnrollergirls.com
and fill out the online volunteer form.

Once I get the volunteer list finished, I will post it here and you
can all confirm that you are here.

General items: if you have any volunteer questions feel free to email
me off the list. If you have something that you think is relative to
everyone on the list, go ahead and post it. If someone posts a
question or request like "Hey this is Trixie, everyone email me with
your t-shirt size so I can order your volunteer t-shirt" or "Does
anyone have so-and-so's phone number" PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't
just hit Reply and respond to everyone on the list, email that person
only, directly.

Lil' Hellion from the Garda Belts will also be working with y'all on
volunteer issues, so you can also email her if you need to.
