We had two trainers who did not compete, so there are 2 more horses that have been worked with. Cory James had Luna and Laura Ernst had Garnet.
I look forward to next year. Given the amount of interest, both the day of the event and after, I might suggest that Drew find a bigger location! LOL
What a successful day and I am amazed, I only teared up, didn't actually cry! Came close a couple times and had to stop talking...
If you missed it this year, watch for info on the 2009 Challenge! This is an event you won't want to miss. One request, however... If you are not planning to buy, please leave the seating closest to the rail for those with bidding numbers. I, as an announcer, couldn't even see the ring to see what was happening! THAT is a turnout, which is wonderful! Let's get even more people there next year.
