It will be posted in a couple days. I can give the order of finish Gidget and Rachel took 1st - sold; Gypsy took 2nd - sold; Hope took 3rd - sold; (placings 4 & 5 might be opposite as what I have here) Con Brio/Elliot took 4th - sold; Kara Myst took 5th - I believe sold - Amigo took 6th - highest bid of day - sold; I believe Diesel, George; Kelso and Byya (which if Kara Myst didn't sell, it was her - I don't remember!) were the no sales.
Amigo and Diesel were trained reasonably close to where I live so I got to see them a couple times and was able to see them get stronger and muscle out. I wish to thank Drew and the entire crew who helped put the challenge on. It was an experience of a lifetime. I can't wait for next year. I'm thinking about anything I'd like to suggest and urge anyone else who attended to do the same.
I've seen Diesel out on a trail ride. He was so good for someone so young and with a new rider, and being arab, you know? He was such a good boy - very sturdy and watches where he puts his feet. He has a true 30 days on him... He hadn't had a lot of handling recently, so ground work was important and he learned his lessons so well. He's young and green but from what I've seen of him, if he keeps getting exercise like he's been getting, he could make an excellent hunt seat horse for a smaller youth. I'm thinking since he's a 3 yr old, he has 2-4 more years to go. He must be at least close to 14 - 14.2 now. I'd like to see someone try him in English. He could also be a pretty good gaming horse since he's muscling out. I wonder if he'd like that even more. He has a really floaty trot and trotted in the halter class so he has a chance in pleasure also. I know he enjoys being used, If anyone's interested, give Drew a call. If I could afford him, I'd get him,, I know that.
Hope this helps some

I've had several requests for the complete order of finish and the auction results from supporters, but had to leave before it was all over. Could someone please send me the final results and the auction results, including the no-sales? There may be some interest in purchasing the horses that didn't sell. Thanks, Janet
