There's no Stoesz with the Lakers in the basketball encyclopedias I
checked. Are you sure about that?

John Stoesz's father was Wilbur "Charlie" Stoesz (Class of '48) who was
also
on the some of the great Laker basketball teams of the late 40's.
Charlie
and Chuck were second cousins by virtue of their common
great-grandfather
